General Policies
We ship daily Monday through Saturday, most times your order will be shipped the same day we receive payment confirmation. All other items are shipped the following day. A shipment notification email will be sent with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
All the items are available in stock, unless you have ordered it as a Custom order; we don't "drop ship" any of our merchandise. We pack all items in attractive and secure gemstone/jewelry boxes. This helps to ensure that your items arrive undamaged and as advertised.
