How do you ship your orders?
- We offer 2 shipping alternatives for our customers.
1. FedEx - $25 (US only, please contact our support department for other countries).
2. Registered Mail - $15.95 (Worldwide).
Each additional item is 6.00 U.S. up to 4 items for both FedEx and Registered Mail.
FedEx Priority shipments ensure that you will receive your parcel in express time. Delivery time is normally 2-3 business days, and you can track your parcel online at www.fedex.com (a shipment tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been sent).

Is my shipment insured?
All FedEx shipments are insured up to a value of $100.00 U.S. Additional insurance for any higher amount can be requested from us at a flat rate of $15 per parcel (please note that Registered Mail shipments are not automatically insured) You must make that request.

How much is shipping?

Can I get items shipped to my PO Box address?
- FedEx requires a signature upon delivery so these parcels cannot be sent to PO Boxes. However, we can send Registered Mail to PO Boxes.

Do I have to pay customs charge?
- As far as Gems By Warisa are aware, there is import fee to the US for Jewelry. However, to ensure a smooth transit to our customers we mark all our parcels as ‘gifts’. We can however not guarantee that you will not be charged custom fees. Please note that these are fees that are your responsibility.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
- Orders sent by FedEx will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days. You can track these orders online at www.fedex.com.
- Orders sent by Registered Mail take approximately 10-14 days to arrive. These orders cannot be tracked online.

How do I know when my ordered is shipped?
- We will send you an email notifying you of the shipment of your order as soon as your parcel has been sent.
